Hey, just wanted to share my experience with Block Appraisals. So, I recently had them check out an estate I'm dealing with – never done that before. The whole process was surprisingly easy and fast.Scott, the guy handling it, seemed to really know their stuff and was very professional. I just had an appraisal of my property completed by Block Appraisals. In conclusion, I highly recommend the company as the level of professionalism, quality of work, and efficiency of service completely surprised me. Furthermore, the pricing of the service is a good value, in my opinion.I needed an appraisal of my property completely ASAP as part of a net asset valuation process. I contacted the company directly via its website and to my surprise, I got a reply to my initial query within an hour.Scott Block was my contact point and he was extremely efficient in all communications and would be communicating with me well beyond working hours into the evenings.My first contact was a couple of days before the start of the long Thanksgiving holiday so I was concerned that would prolong the process. However, Scott accommodated my request to visit the property within a day and to my complete surprise, had the appraisal completed and sent to me on the Monday morning after the holiday. It was completed in only 2 working days.Block Appraisals is a company that you can trust and feel comfortable working with.
